What Propelled MD Does, and Why Doctors Say Yes.
Before you mention us to a doctor, it helps to know the story: what we do, why we started, and why so many doctors say yes once they hear it.

It Starts at Eleven at Night
Picture a woman sitting up in bed with her phone. Her knee has been hurting for months, and tonight she finally decides to do something about it. She doesn't call a friend or dig out an insurance booklet. She types "best knee surgeon near me" into Google, or asks ChatGPT who she should see.
In the next few minutes, she will choose. She'll look at the first few names, read a handful of reviews, open one or two websites, and book with the doctor who looks the most trustworthy. The surgeon who isn't on that first screen never knows she was looking.
That moment is happening millions of times a day. 84% of patients check online reviews before booking care, and one in three U.S. adults used an AI chatbot for health information in the past year. Patients no longer find doctors the way they used to. They search, and they choose from whatever they see.
The Problem Most Doctors Can't See
Here is the hard part for doctors: many of the best ones barely show up. They trained for over a decade, they're excellent at what they do, and their website was built years ago by someone who never thought about Google, let alone AI. Their name brings up an old directory listing with the wrong phone number. Meanwhile a less experienced doctor down the road, with a better website, gets the call.
Most doctors know something is off. They just don't have the time to fix it, and they don't know who to trust. Many have already been burned by a big marketing company where a simple change meant days of waiting for a stranger to pick it up.
What Propelled MD Does
We fix that, and we do it properly. Propelled MD engineers a custom website crafted around the doctor's own name and specialty, written to answer the questions their patients actually ask. Then we keep working, every month, so they're found when patients search: on Google, in Google's AI answers, in ChatGPT, and on the listings and review sites patients check before they book. That monthly work matters, because search never stands still. Google keeps changing how it ranks results, and AI answers shift even faster. A website that is never touched again slowly falls behind; one that is cared for every month keeps up.
We started in 2018 with one surgeon's personal website. She liked the work so much that a few years later she asked us to take over her practice's website too, after leaving one of those big companies. Read her story: The Day a Surgeon Disappeared From the Internet That is still how we work: a small team that knows each doctor by name, answers in hours instead of weeks, and treats every website like it matters, because to that doctor, it does.
We don't just build websites. We build the doctor's position: the reason a patient picks them.
How We're Different From Every Other Website Company
Doctors hear from website and marketing companies all the time, so the first question is usually "How are you any different?" Here is the answer, the way you would say it to a doctor:
The short version, if a doctor asks: "They don't just build websites. They build your position, and they only do it for one doctor in your specialty in this city."
Why Doctors Say Yes
The first thing most doctors notice is that we only work with one doctor per specialty in each city. If we're working with an orthopaedic surgeon in Dallas, we won't work with another one there. We see working for two competing doctors as a conflict of interest: no one can give their all to one doctor while helping the doctor down the street win the same patients. So every doctor we work with gets our full effort, and none of it goes to their competition. Once their spot is taken, it's closed. It's a rare promise in this industry, and doctors feel the difference right away.
The second is that saying yes to a conversation costs them nothing. Every doctor starts with a free Position Report: a clear look at where they stand on Google and in AI answers today, and how they compare in their city, with a written proposal in two business days. No pressure and no commitment, just the facts about their own name.
And if they go ahead, it's simple. One monthly price instead of a large bill up front. And the website belongs to them. We build every partnership for the long haul, but if a doctor ever decides to move on after the first year, every page and every line of code goes with them. They approve; we do the work. And when they need something, their request goes straight to the person who works on their website, not to a stranger in a call center.
Why This Is Your Moment
Here is what makes this different from most sales opportunities: the market is wide open. Most doctors have never been offered anything like this. AI search is changing how patients find doctors right now, and most practices haven't caught up. And because we take only one doctor per specialty in each city, in most cities, most specialties are still open. The doctors you introduce early get the spot. The people who make those introductions early are the ones who benefit most.
You also don't have to convince anyone of anything hard. You're not asking a doctor to buy something on the spot. You're offering them a free look at their own name online. That is an easy thing to say yes to.
You Know More Doctors Than You Think
Take a minute and make a list. Your own doctor. Your dentist. Your kids' pediatrician. The dermatologist you saw last year. The surgeon who fixed a friend's knee. The doctors you've met on the golf course, at the club, at charity events and at parties. Friends who are married to doctors. Most people who meet a lot of people can name ten or twenty doctors without trying hard. Every one of them is a possible introduction.
Do the Math
You earn $500 for every doctor* you introduce who signs with us. There is no cap. Slide to see what it adds up to:
*Earned on doctors who sign up for The Partnership or The Flagship plan. The Foundation plan does not qualify. These are examples of the math, not a promise of earnings. What you earn depends on how many doctors you introduce who sign.
How Easy It Is
Your part takes minutes, and it comes down to one thing: getting the doctor to fill out their free Position Report. It takes them a few minutes, costs nothing, and shows exactly where they stand on Google and in AI answers. On the form, they choose "A sales rep" under "How did you discover us?" and type your name, so the doctor is credited to you. This step is what gets you paid: commission is paid only when your name is on the doctor's Position Report. Then we do everything else: the report, the call, the proposal, the design, the build and the work every month after. You don't sell, you don't manage the project and you don't need to know anything about websites. When the doctor signs and their first monthly payment clears, you get paid.
Remind every doctor to put your name in the "Sales Rep's Name" box on the form. Without it, we have no way to know they came from you.
There are no quotas, no schedule and no office. Keep your job, your events and your weekends, and make introductions whenever it feels natural.
How to Bring It Up
You don't need a pitch. The easiest way in is a question most doctors have never been asked: "Have you searched your own name lately?" Most haven't, and the answer usually surprises them. From there it's natural to mention that there's a team that only takes one doctor per specialty in each city, and that they offer a free report showing exactly where the doctor stands. If they're curious, send them to the free Position Report, right there on their phone if you can. That's your whole job, and we take it from there.
Your one goal: get the doctor to fill out their free Position Report.
One thing matters above everything: keep it honest. Never promise a ranking or a result, because no one can guarantee a spot on Google and we never do. Don't quote prices either, since every doctor's price comes with their Position Report. Your introduction is valuable because it comes from someone they trust, and the best way to keep that trust is to let the work speak for itself.
