Frequently Asked

The questions we get most often.

Filter by the tier that fits your practice. General answers apply to everyone.

General For every partner Applies to all tiers
Do you work with my competitors?add

No. We partner with one practice per specialty, per city. If your market is already taken we tell you on the first call. No exceptions.

Who owns the website, content, and accounts?add

You do. On monthly terms, Year One is split into 12 payments, and once paid in full everything is yours. Pay upfront and it is yours from day one. Your site. Your content. Your profile on every platform patients search. Transferable on request.

When will my site be live?add

Most sites launch within 30 days. The Workup and the design phase happen first, then we build.

How long until I see results in AI search?add

Think of it like building a practice. You do not open the doors and fill your schedule on day one. You typically see measurable movement in AI search within the first few months. Each quarter after that, your position compounds.

How is this different from a traditional website design firm?add

A website firm ships a site. We ship a position. The site is one part of a connected system: authority content published under your name, a reputation layer, a visible presence everywhere patients search, and ongoing refinement quarter after quarter. The deliverable is being the name AI returns in your market, not a theme with your photo on it.

You keep saying AI first. Do our sites still rank on Google?add

Yes. Both at the top. The work that makes a physician the cited answer in AI search is also the work that earns a first-page Google ranking: deep authority, a clean technical foundation, real content written under the physician's name, and a coordinated presence across every platform patients search.

In practice, our partners rank on page one of traditional Google search on both the personal site and the practice site. AI returns the cited name. Google returns the clicked link. Our work earns both, for the physician and the practice together.

What happens if I leave my practice or change markets?add

Your personal site, credentials, and published authority all move with you. If you change practices or markets, your digital identity stays intact. You do not start over.

If your new market is open, we continue building your position there. If it is already assigned, we transition your authority so everything you have built continues to work for you.

Foundation Early-career architecture For the physician laying the base
Is this right for a newly employed or recently matched physician?add

Yes. The years right after match and through early career are the most valuable time to build personal authority. Foundation is designed for this moment: a personal site, a verified credential layer, a visible presence on the platforms patients already search, and the authority framework AI will keep crediting you for years, even if you change employers, cities, or practice structures.

Can I build authority before I own a practice?add

Absolutely. Foundation is built around you, not your employer. Your authority lives on your name, credentials, and sub-specialty. If you open a practice later, we upgrade the engagement. If you stay employed, the personal layer keeps working regardless of who signs your paychecks.

Can I start with Foundation and move up later?add

Yes. Foundation clients upgrade to Partnership when they move into practice ownership or take on market-level ambition. Everything already built becomes the anchor of the larger engagement. No rebuild, no loss.

Partnership Market authority For the practice owning its specialty
I own the practice. Can we build just the practice site without a personal one?add

We build them together, not separately. The practice and the physician reinforce each other in AI search. A practice with no physician behind it reads as a generic brand. A physician with no coordinated practice loses the patient at the moment they search for your address. The two together are what create a durable market position.

That is why every engagement is physician-first. Your name, credentials, and authority come first, and the practice is built around you. If your practice has multiple physicians, each one gets their own personal authority inside the shared practice layer.

What if my practice has multiple surgeons?add

We partner at the practice level. The practice takes the one-per-market slot for your specialty, and each surgeon inside gets their own personal authority build, differentiated by sub-specialty, focus, or procedure.

A knee-focused joint surgeon and a hip-focused joint surgeon do not compete for the same AI recommendations even though they share a specialty umbrella. Each one gets a personal site and authority layer woven into the practice's collective presence. When a new surgeon joins, they slot in the same way.

Can other doctors at our practice keep their own personal website designer?add

Yes. If a doctor at your practice already works with a personal website designer they like, they can keep that relationship. Personal sites belong to the individual physician, separate from the practice.

At the practice level, we ask to be the only firm. That keeps the practice site, reputation, and market position aligned and moving in one direction.

Do you replace our current website or rebuild it from scratch?add

Rebuild from scratch. Custom code, purpose-built for the way AI systems read and cite. No themes, no plugins, no cleanup jobs left behind. We migrate the content worth keeping and retire the rest.

How does Partnership integrate with our EHR and scheduling?add

We integrate with what you already run. Online scheduling, patient portal links, intake forms, referral workflows, all connected cleanly to the new site without replacing your clinical stack. We do not touch the EHR itself. We connect to it.

Sovereign Bespoke authority operations For complex practices and regional reach
Our practice has multiple locations. How does that work?add

One practice identity at the top. Each location has its own local presence, tied back to the practice's single authoritative identity. AI search reads this as "one practice, multiple locations" instead of separate businesses competing with each other.

Sovereign is designed for this: consistency across every location, a shared reputation layer, and an editorial engine that feeds every location from one source.

We have surgeons across several sub-specialties. How do you handle that?add

Each physician gets their own authority vertical. Their name, credentials, sub-specialty, and published work are built out so AI treats them as distinct leaders even though they share a practice. The practice remains the umbrella. Inside it, each surgeon becomes the cited answer for their specific sub-specialty.

Does Sovereign include ongoing content and custom integrations?add

Yes. A dedicated editorial operation under the physician's name: long-form content on a monthly cadence, physician-reviewed patient education, active monitoring of your position, and a sustained reputation layer. Custom integrations for specialized tools or unique workflows are scoped per engagement. Built for practices whose growth depends on sustained authority at scale.
